Juan joined Boston JetSearch as a Market Researcher to further enhance the company’s market research capabilities and maintenance knowledge.
Prior to joining Boston JetSearch, Juan served as the Director of Business Operations and Senior Maintenance Technician with Air Bear Aviation. Before that, he held various finance, operational, and maintenance roles across Massachusetts, Virginia, and Texas.
Juan earned a B.S. in Aviation Maintenance Science and an MBA with a specialization in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). He also holds an FAA Aviation Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) ratings, earned at ERAU. Additionally, Juan served as ERAU’s first-ever aviation maintenance tutor. He is a native Spanish speaker and now resides in Chelmsford, MA, with his wife and two cats.
