Drew Callen

Founder

Drew founded Boston JetSearch in 1983 based on the concept of serving the buyer of corporate-jet aircraft as an acquisition specialist. Since then he has led the company’s involvement in hundreds of corporate-jet acquisitions, representing a wide variety of clients.

Prior to founding Boston JetSearch, Drew was president of an advertising agency in Boston; President of GEZE, USA, the US subsidiary of a German ski-binding manufacturer; and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Lange, USA, a sporting goods manufacturer best known for its ski boots.

Drew received a B.A. from the University of Nebraska, served as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force, and is an instrument and commercially rated pilot. He and his wife reside in Concord, MA, and have two grown children and five grandchildren.

John Beveridge

President

John joined Boston JetSearch in 2007 and is responsible for managing the search and acquisition process for clients.

Prior to joining Boston JetSearch, John spent eight years in the investment banking industry, most recently as a Vice President in the Boston office of Harris Williams & Co., a leading middle-market mergers and acquisition advisory firm. While at Harris Williams, John advised companies in a variety of industries for both corporate and private equity clients in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to Harris Williams, John spent several years in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in New York as a member of the Global Transportation and Aerospace Group, where he worked with clients in the aerospace and defense industries.

John received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. He is a licensed pilot and resides in Concord, MA with his wife and two children.

Jeff Wieand

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Jeff joined Boston JetSearch in 1999 and is primarily responsible for assisting clients with contractual negotiations, facilitating transactions and financings, and coordinating advice on FAA and tax matters.

Prior to joining Boston JetSearch, Jeff was engaged in the private practice of law in Boston, specializing in business and aviation transactions. He is a member of the NBAA Tax Committee, and has served on many professional and civic organizations, including the Board of Editors of the Boston Bar Journal. Jeff writes a column on legal, tax, and finance issues for Business Jet Traveler and has published and spoken widely on business aviation topics.

Jeff received a B.A. from Middlebury College, a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Jeff and his family are long-time residents of Concord, MA, where he has served as a member of the Board of Selectmen.

Kevin Beckwith

Vice President, Research

Kevin joined Boston JetSearch in 1997 and is primarily responsible for preparing model-specific market analyses, conducting in-person evaluations of acquisition candidates, and organizing and monitoring pre-purchase evaluations.

Kevin received a B.S. in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College, where he participated in the flight-operations program and earned his private pilot certificate.

Kevin resides in Nashua, NH and has strong ties to his family in upstate New York.

David Neville

Vice President, Research

David joined Boston JetSearch in 1990 and is primarily responsible for preparing model-specific market analyses, conducting in-person evaluations of acquisition candidates, and organizing and monitoring pre-purchase evaluations.

Prior to joining Boston JetSearch, David was a market research analyst at AMR Aircraft Sales in Dallas. He took his first solo airplane flight at the age of 16 and earned his private pilot’s license before attending college.

David received a B.S. from Presbyterian College with majors in Business Administration and English. David resides in Harvard, MA with his wife and two young children.

Lara Jaugust

Client Services Manager

Lara joined Boston JetSearch in 2018 to help manage the aircraft search and acquisition process for clients. She has been working in corporate aviation for almost 20 years, starting as a King Air pilot based at Hanscom Field (BED).

Prior to joining Boston JetSearch, Lara spent five years managing the flight department for a large Boston-based company, and before that was at fractional operator PlaneSense for 10 years as a Captain and Director of Training.

Lara earned her B.A. from Brandeis University and holds Commercial single- and multi-engine and CFI-I ratings. When not at work, Lara enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, a corporate pilot, and flying their Cessna 182.
